IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM WELS CHURCH EXTENSION FUND

WELS Church Extension Fund is implementing a software upgrade which began November 1st, 2025. The data you see in this online system reflects a processing date of October 31, 2025. We expect the new online experience to be available sometime during the week of December 8th, 2025. This current online system will no longer be available starting the week of December 15, 2025. Online users will receive an email in the coming days with instructions on logging in to the new online experience. Activating your account is easy!
  • To start this process you will need two pieces of information:
    1.   Activation Code - This unique code was provided to you by your church/organization administrator.
    2.   ID - Social Security Number or Tax ID
  • Enter your Activation Code and SSN/Tax ID and select the "Activate" button.
  • If we are able to validate your information, you will be taken to the Account Registration page so that you may complete your account setup.
  • Once the activation process has started, you will need to complete all steps within 24 hours.
